Looking back into how software companies have succeeded and others have been left behind (thinking Salesforce on the CRM space 15 years ago compared to what it is today); a theory to be successful is to understand and anticipate what new generations will be interested. Lets take the example of my daughter Alexia, she is 16 years old (today, 20 May 2021), in 7 years she will be already a "consumer" of services and products, since at that time will be leaving in an age of hyper digitalization, is very likely that the products and service offering will be exposed by systems or software-based AI, I predict that in order to be successful with such a given systems, it has to be designed at core for people who everyday:
- Help each other
- Anti-Selfish
- All his/her interactions connected (360 Digital Degrees: Home-Work-Social-Transport-Services-Products)
- Concerned about Digital Fraud
- All Sort of Security from health, work, way of living.
- Environment
- Equality, not only gender but all individuals have the same rights and opportunities irrespective of race and geographical area.
- A Fair World (related to the previous one)
- They will not care about going or living in Mars but saving planet Earth
