This Crisis, in reality has been made of different type of crisis, first one was about Fear, second one was about Health systems, and now we are starting with the Economic crisis, millions of people have been laid off or temporary in standstill, situation is very uncertain, and it doesn't mean that will be worser or better.
This time the economy came to a halt for induced force, which means the capacity, labour, supply and demand were stopped abruptly, and the market were force to collapse, so all was reduced to minimum, but still all that still exist, is there, up to date, people were living with fear but in economic terms they were fine with what the future would bring.
However, now, it seems that we are entering into a Depression crisis and this one goes in line to what was experience in 1929, where people, companies, investors lost faith in the economy and start withdrawing plans, which now really makes it very dangerous for all the population, impacting on the people's "feeling" or no trust in the economy or markets , this really would create an economic crisis and having so much reduced the engines and reduced acquisition power we are in danger of having artificially re created a Great Depression II, if this happens will take 4 or 5 years to return to normal.
Given this, it is important that individuals and company don't fall into the 'depression' mode, if we can avoid this, then the scenario we would be experiencing in 2-6 months is where bad managed companies will be laying off people massively and they will regret, they will not have the right people to compete in the new era, therefore will struggle with survival; as under this scenario, deals and business opportunities would appear exponentially, we would be talking about 'hyper-growth' for some industries or companies.
Therefore if people and companies keep a cold mind, there will be not only massive layoffs but massive hiring, and there are currently some companies who are betting on the new era who will take advantage of all those highly qualified labour, so other people will be creating innovative companies since even FAANG, will struggle to cope with the new Era.
So this era will be for those smart companies and individuals, the situation will be the advantage of allowing them to move fast and skip several stages of growth and become relevant in a short period of time.
